I attended the University of English and graduated with a BA in English. I am an experienced tutor for non-native speakers learning the English Language and qualified to tutor ESL/ELL. I also have considerable experience helping students with literacy, essay writing, and reading comprehension. If you or your child is looking for assistance with Reading, Writing, Essay Editing, Literature, English Grammar and Syntax, Public Speaking, College Essays, English, High School English, College English, or Comparative Literature, I would be happy to help you. If you're looking for a tutor who is available for Summer Tutoring, or who can help with Study Skills, Study Skills and Organization, Test Prep, or Homework Support, we can work on those areas together. I can help prepare students for gifted classes, or the advanced courses of AP English Language and Composition or AP English Literature and Composition. And, if testing is on the agenda, I'm qualified to prepare students for ACT Reading, ACT English, ACT Writing, SAT Subject Test in Literature, and SAT Subject Tests. On my own time, I enjoy learning about French language and culture and English history. I like reading and rollerblading, and I am a fan of both PBS and Star Trek.
